What this page covers.
This notice covers this website. It explains what the contact form collects, who processes it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.
It does not cover the environments we manage for clients under contract. Those are governed by the agreement with that client.
What we collect
The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, phone number and a message. Company and phone are optional; name, work email and message are required so we can reply to you.
We use those details for one thing: answering your inquiry and any conversation that follows from it. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of a contact form.
Who processes it
Formspree. Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, which passes the message to us by email. Your details reach its systems as part of that delivery.
Cloudflare. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which provides the network and security layer in front of it as well as Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not fingerprint visitors. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept while there is a live conversation and for as long as we need them for our own records, and are removed once neither applies.

Write to office@zen-it-tech.com and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. No particular form of words is required.
